*Our work environment includes:* * Offering highest level of care * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Optortunies to take students on outings * Casual work attire * Food provided *Evening Youth Mentor* *Duties:* - Educate and mentor youth in various areas of their lives - Provide guidance and support to help youth overcome challenges and develop positive behaviors - Assist with conflict management and resolution among youth - Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for youth - Monitor and evaluate the progress of youth in achieving their goals - Create a safe and supportive environment for youth to express themselves - Plan and facilitate group activities and workshops for youth development *Requirements:* - Experience working with children, preferably in a mentoring or educational role - Knowledge of special education, child welfare, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with youth - Ability to establish boundaries and maintain confidentiality - Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with diverse populations of youth - Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the youth and program - Ability to pass a background check and meet any other requirements set by the organization *Current Openings* *Evening Team* Weekday Evening Shifts: 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm Weekend Shifts: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm Shift Assignments: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Youth Mentor.
