4/1: Nampa Art Guild (Nampa Idaho)

Nampa Art Guild is proud to have Linda Powers Moore give a presentation at our Monday Night Demo on April 1, Monday evening starting at 7 pm.
Our art guild tries to schedule different artist during the first Monday of each month during our regular meeting months from Sept to June.

Below is some more information about our featured artist for April 1, Monday evening.
April 1 - Linda Powers Moore - Flowers in Oil (using the 'forbidden" black) Linda works mostly in oils.
She was once told that she couldn't use black, so that is why she now paints Flowers from Venice (using black).
She loosely draws with charcoal to get the design, then paints the shapes and colors using black or white to outline the flowers shapes.
This is all about the forbidden color of black.
