Personal Trainer

Responsibilities: - Maintain and generate clientele internally and externally with good intentions - Develop and implement personalized exercise programs for clients - Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form - Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed - Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals - Provide education and advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices - Present a healthy lifestyle and fitness professionalism Experience: - Current certification that is nationally recognized in the "Personal Trainer" category - Current CPR certification - Understanding of human physiology and anatomy is required - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Familiarity with body mechanics and program design As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals to help them improve their overall health and fitness.
You will play a role in guiding clients towards achieving their goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, or increased athletic performance.
In addition to providing personalized training sessions, you will also have the chance to educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness and have the ability to motivate others.
