*JOB DESCRIPTION :*
We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, passionate, and energetic to join our team long term.
A nationally recognized certification in personal training is required to work with clients.
The Personal Trainer has overall responsibility for promoting, selling, implementing and practicing the programs, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Fitness Department.
Personal Trainers will work directly with Axiom members and guests to provide education in the areas of resistance training, cardiovascular training, supplements, nutrition, and overall accountability.
*DUTIES :*
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to provide the best possible service to clients
*REQUIREMENTS :*
- Certification in personal training from a reputable organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Previous experience in personal training or sports coaching (preferred)
