*Minimum Qualifications*:
* Excellent communication skills with both guests and fellow wranglers
* Self-starter with a positive attitude
* Must work the entire season, from mid-May through Labor Day.
Preferred:
* Minimum of 5 years of equestrian experience.
* Ability to teach guests safely and engagingly
* Punctual and reliable
*Responsibilities*:
* Teach guests basic horsemanship skills, including but not limited to brushing, saddling, and riding.
* Conduct lessons in variable weather conditions.
* Work with a variety of horses, adapting instruction to individual rider needs.
Share your love for horses with guests in the beautiful setting of Sun Valley, Idaho, offering lessons for up to two riders per session.
Each lesson lasts one hour, and instructors must conduct 5-6 lessons daily.
Reduced shared housing options available (no pets or significant others are allowed in resort housing).
This role also offers tips and participation in the tip pool.
