Principal Gem Prep: Meridian South

Gem Prep Meridian South will be in their third year of operations for the 24-25 school year.
Each Gem Prep campus is slated to be K-12 when fully built out.
Gem Prep Meridian south is continuing to be built out and will be adding high school next year.
We are looking for an energetic leader that wants to take on this challenge.
At Gem Prep our building administrators are instructional leaders in our buildings.
In addition to traditional principal responsibilities and duties, we ask administrators to spend a majority of their day in classrooms coaching, mentoring and supporting teachers.
Our passion is to provide students a transformational education giving them the knowledge, characteristics, competencies and mindsets for success in college and in the workplace.
Our leaders are critical to ensure that this happens.
We are looking for a dedicated principal to lead our school, supervise our faculty, and ensure students can grow and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are looking for a strong, compassionate leader who has experience setting and enforcing learning opportunities, academic curriculums, and student services that help our kids realize their full potential.
