Winter pruning (Treasure valley)

Winter is upon us! This is when your trees and shrubs are dormant, and the spore counts are low.
Therefore best time to resize them.
Do you have an overgrown tree or shrub or perhaps several? This is the time of year we can severely prune them.
The term is Pollard.
