KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP is rapidly growing and seeking talented, hard-working professionals to join our team! We have dedicated professionals delivering audit and assurance services, entity and individual-level tax planning and compliance services, business advisory services (including valuation and transaction advisory), wealth management and much more.
We currently have open positions in our Medford, Oregon, Bend, Oregon, and Boise, Idaho locations.
At KDP, our team comes first, and it influences everything we do.
We have very intentionally crafted a culture that supports:
Balance: Our Balance Initiative includes 4 weeks of PTO, 2 additional weeks of firmwide shutdown, and an attractive approach to hours expectations and busy season.
Flexibility: We offer flexible schedules, hybrid, and fully remote options.
Clear Career Development: We promote from within! Our mentoring program keeps you in touch and on-track to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
Camaraderie and Community: We believe that work can and should be fun! We actively give back to our community by volunteering, donating to charitable causes, and supporting local events.
Currently, our team consists of over 125 trained professionals dedicated to furnishing high-quality, timely, and creative solutions for our clients.
