Overview: St.
Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Manager for our Children's Outpatient Behavioral Health team.
The Manager Social Work/Behavioral Health oversees the development, planning, and implementation of programs to meet the social and emotional needs of patients and patient's families.
Provides clinical and program oversight for the social services/behavioral health staff.
Responsible for 2+ service area or moderate sized clinic(s).
Scope: Typically responsible for multiple service areas (clinic/hospital unit).
Responsibilities Responsible for clinic leadership, program development, policy formulation and deployment of programs.
May have regional responsibility.
Directs and guides staff in conducting assessments and interventions.
Attends/conducts staff and department meetings, in-service training and continuing education.
Serves as an expert resource to staff to assist with complex and/or difficult issues in areas of oversight.
Budget development and fiscal accountability for areas of oversight.
Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to ensure understanding and adherence to standards of practice and relevant policies and procedures for areas of oversight.
Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Education: Masters' Degree Experience: 6 years's experience Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist Why St.
