Our Assistant Managers are the leaders who guide our management team in the pursuit.
They work closely with the General Managers to insure our team of Superstars are able to meet the standards that create our great brand and culture.
We will provide the training needed to be successful in guiding the crew and management teams with their daily activities.
You will work with the General Managers in controlling budgets including food cost, labor cost, and driving sales.
Previous management experience is essential in this position because it will be the foundation that we will use to teach you the Carl's Jr.
way.

Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with restraurant management, guests, and co-workers.
Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
- Must complete Food Handler's certification
- Must be a miniumum of 18 years of age.
-1 year or more management experiene preferrably food service
