Academy Cook - Food Service Manager

*Academy Cook / Food Service Manager* We are actively looking for a full time Cook / Food Service Manager in our new academy opening in January.
The primary responsibilities are: * prepare simple fresh meals (breakfast, lunch and pm snack) for children ages 0-5 years * deliver meals to the classrooms for family style dining * clean up dishes and utensils after meals in preparation for next meal * prepare weekly grocery list and procure supplies * ensure that all the kitchen equipment are wiped and kept clean * ensure that all state and local health department, licensing, safety and nutritional requirements are met; follows standards of personal hygiene, safety, and sanitation and ensures that other staff entering kitchen do the same Additional expanded responsibilities may include being a classroom aide if necessary and providing administration support.
This will be a *FULL-TIME position Monday-Friday between 7am - 4pm approximately*.
It is a rare opportunity with consistent schedule and weekends off.
