Kneaders is a modern neighborhood bakery.
Our story began with traditional, European bread made with those three simple ingredients.
After mastering old-world bread baking techniques, testing countless recipes, and developing a unique flour blend, our founders began baking our signature artisan breads in their hometown of Orem, Utah in 1997.
We pride ourselves in developing and providing opportunities to our teams, delight our guests in a way that creates loyalty, and strive to strengthen our communities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Kneaders operations
Ability to drive hospitality and teach others to do the same
Must be able to coach and develop people
Minimum 2 years of P&L responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
Lead the management team
Oversee inventory, quality and safety
Accountable for management payroll and scheduling
Responsible for employee relations
Manage the facility while upholding our operational standards
Establish and build community relations
