Technical Director

*Technical Director* *Department:* Worship & Production *Reports To:* Worship Ministry Director *Employment:* Part Time, hourly _Pointing people to Jesus and inspiring them to become a part of that mission _ *Summary:* The Technical (Tech) Director will provide coordination and oversight of our worship experiences for both our on-campus and online attenders as it pertains to media and production.
The Tech Director works alongside the Worship Ministry Director to provide team leadership and equipping within the Worship & Production Ministry.
Tree City Church currently points over 700 people to Jesus each weekend between our two services on Sunday and Celebrate Recovery on Monday night, and we see about 1,200 people on a regular basis participate in the mission of Tree City Church each month.
Tree City Church is located on one of Idaho’s busiest roads and hosts various Sunday morning services, concerts, community events, and sports activities.
Since 2015, we have celebrated over 260 people baptized and over 300 people who have made a decision to follow Jesus.
*Tasks:* * Weekly consultation with Worship Ministry Director and preaching Pastor for Sunday worship and production planning.
* Monthly meeting with Worship & Production Ministry Leadership Team.
* Evaluate Sunday broadcast for weekly feedback and improvements.
* Develop, coach, and encourage Production Team Members.
* Communicate with Production Team Members for required service times.
* Assist with all technical efforts and worship environments on campus and online.
* Strategically utilize programs and products to enhance execution of tasks and communication.

* A willingness to grow and adapt to the inevitable changes found in a growing local church.
* Have expertise and ability to learn elements such as ProPresenter, Planning Center, audio, visual, and studio technology.
* Have a positive attitude.
