The Facilities Water Services Coordinator – Lead at Micron Technology, Inc.
, is responsible for coordinating Water Services activities involving process water, water reclaim and industrial wastewater systems to ensure there is no impact to site or manufacturing operations.
The Water Services Coordinator Lead supervises water and wastewater coordinators and prioritizes work associated with asset management, scheduled maintenance, system modifications and new equipment installs.
Leads are responsible for providing a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment by maintaining current technical knowledge, monitoring for compliance, and actively resolving potential issues.
Leads are responsible for overseeing and improving area performance by managing staffing, distributing, and prioritizing work, and ensuring communication and training completion on safety, legal, and work requirements.
They conduct performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans that enhances the team members skills and abilities.
Other responsibilities include promoting collaboration by supporting, leading, and participating in department and area improvement projects.
Qualifications: Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skills Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable manner Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams Demonstrated critical thinking skills Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision Advanced PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines.
Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiences Strong understanding of data extraction, data analysis and reporting methodologies Demonstrated highest degree of technical competence in a diverse range of fields used by the facilities groups Proven ability to interpret blueprints and other construction documents Proven ability to communicate the relationship between use and design characteristics of all equipment in areas that may be affected by maintenance, operation and/or construction activities Education and Experience: Required: Minimum – Relevant degree or appropriate certifications/licensing, or equivalent experience.
2 years of leadership experience.
