We are expanding our services to include sleep-related durable medical equipment and are seeking a passionate and experienced Respiratory Therapist to help launch and lead this new division.

We are looking for an innovative and motivated individual to join our team as a Respiratory Therapist to oversee, lead, launch and help establish our new sleep-related DME division.
The ideal candidate will not only possess requisite respiratory therapy qualifications but also embodies the following qualities:

*You will be responsible for the following:*
- Lead the establishment of the new sleep-related durable medical equipment division
-Vendor relationship management
- Dispense and fit sleep-related durable medical equipment to patients (CPAP, BiPAP, etc.
).
- Provide comprehensive education to patients on equipment usage and care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and seamless patient care.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions to patients.
- Help create a checklist for charting as well as product maintenance
-Provide coding and reimbursement advice to allow our patients to maximize their health benefits if they have them and provide affordable alternatives if not.
-Inventory Management and Optimization
-Continuous improvement initiatives
*Qualifications:*
- 5 Years minimum in Sleep Related DME dispensing.
-2 years minimum as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
- Experience in dispensing and fitting sleep-related durable medical equipment preferred.
- Relationships with local physicians a plus but not required
-Expertise in dispensing, fitting, and educating patietns on sleep-related DME
-Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards within Sleep related DME
-Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to launch and lead new initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
