Job Opportunity: Operations Manager
Location: Based near one of our company hotels in Boise ID (Travel required to different Dhillonco.
com company hotels in MT, NV, ND, ID, WI)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for all operational aspects across departments.
Must have a proven track record to improve guest satisfaction, focus on cleanliness and team building to meet the Brand Standards.
- Collaborate closely with all Head of Departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain premises in operational condition according to the unit's standards for guest service.
- Conduct regular operational meetings with department heads to address routine matters, sales targets, customer feedback, and staff concerns.
- Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine checks for compliance.
- Conduct inspections alongside department managers to uphold standards of cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming, and hospitality culture.
- Oversee coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and manage service recovery processes.
- Meet with department heads to review and provide training for staff development.
- Identify staff training needs and assist with their development.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with marketing personnel to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage operational and overhead costs to optimize revenue.
- Overall management of the hotel's operation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned, which may include hiring, payroll processing.

\*\*Prerequisites:\*\*
- Excellent management skills with experience in Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Food & Beverage.
- Proficiency in budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and share skills, knowledge, and resources.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) with major hotel chains.
- Education: A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Property Management Software and Revenue Management Systems is desired.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as a Assistant General Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager.
