#bringyourflavor #LI-RC4 What you will be doing Lead, develop and implement cross functional initiatives to support Asset Protection in stores, supply chain and corporate environments.
This position will serve as a key member of the Corporate Asset Protection team, reporting to the GVP of Asset Protection, the Director is responsible for supporting the GVP and Sr.
Director of Asset Protection in near-term and long-range planning activities, setting strategy for the organization, and aligning with organizational objectives.
Main responsibilities Lead business critical high impacting projects for the vertical and ensure they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected output.
Oversee and support deployment of state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovation, including all aspects of Organized Retail Crime (ORC).
Develop programs, KPIs, best methods, and reporting tools for stores, supply chain and corporate.
Participate in large, cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert for Asset Protection programs across the company.
Identify root cause analysis to answer business questions.
Develop data analytics related to physical inventory, cash shortages, point-of-sale exceptions, expense control and e-commerce to reduce shrink and drive sales.
Establish programs and systems that minimize POS fraud with gift cards, cashier’s checks, wire transfers and constantly monitor for problems or loss issues.
Develop shrink reduction and awareness strategies companywide.
Coordinate audits in retail stores, prepare and submit required reports for management review.
Ensure training programs for Asset Protection and outside agencies personnel.
Monitor Asset Protection Infrastructure In-store and Distribution Center security program and makes recommendations to ensure effectiveness of these programs.
Work with leadership team to drive critical business initiatives.
Drive and influence multiple stakeholders on project improvement opportunities.
Communicate across all levels on project and program progress.
Empower a team of project managers, set the direction, and establish clear expectations, tactics and timelines for assigned projects.
Subject matter expert on all related operational and technical projects for Asset Protection.

What we are searching for Education Level: The most appropriate minimum education for this position is a bachelor’s degree.
Experience Level: The most appropriate level of experience for this position is 9 to 12 years plus the education listed above Skills and Experiences: Past grocery, pharmacy or retail leadership, project management and administrative experience.
High degree of initiative with ability to drive and influence multiple stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced ability to define metrics and conduct analysis to implement loss prevention best practices across financial, reporting, and retail operation functions.
Experienced in working with Senior Management teams in delivering Asset Protection assessments and proposing recommendations related to improving shrink programs.
Possess the ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desired results.
