Job Summary: Join our dynamic and growing civil engineering consultant company as a Site/Civil Project Manager/Project Engineer (PE).
In this role, you will work closely with the Site/Civil Group Manager, design engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions for complex site/civil infrastructure projects.

This position is located in our Meridian, Idaho office.
Duties/Responsibilities: Manage Site/Civil projects for municipal, state and private clients Manage scope, schedule, budget and invoicing on multiple Site/Civil projects Work with a team of engineers to oversee the development of plan sets for construction of sites, ranging from green field to retrofit projects using an understanding of local codes and requirements Develop grading and drainage plans for large sites Provide guidance and review of work completed for junior staff Review and stamp construction documents Coordinate as an integral part of larger project teams, including architects, landscape architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers Develop plans and construction note sheets Develop 3-part specifications Provide support for project bidding services and construction administration Mentor junior-level staff Actively participate in business development, lead generation, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and other marketing documents Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Eagerness to join and be an integral part in growing the Site/Civil team Self-starter with excellent problem solving skills that can work with engineers and support staff of multiple experience levels Ability to navigate multiple types of clients (municipal, state, & private) and the bidding & construction processes associated with them Ability to perform on projects utilizing alternative delivery methods Excellent project management skills and superb attention to detail Ability to support contract negotiation and execution Comfortable developing project fees and estimates Demonstrated success managing aggressive project schedules Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Capable of working as part of a team or independently Ability to work successfully with experts in multiple disciplines with a range of approaches Proficient with applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Microstation or other design software as appropriate and have the ability to participate in design and plan development Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Five or more years of relevant professional experience Current Professional Engineer licensing or the ability to obtain in the next six months of hire Benefits: Employee medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents Short-term and long-term disability insurance Company paid life insurance with option to buy up Salary Advantage Program Employee assistance program (EAP) Flexible spending account (FSA) Health savings account (HSA) 401k match program & access to asset management services Year-end bonus Costco membership Paid time off (PTO) and PTO sell back program Paid Holidays Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement Paid day of community service We are an employee-owned, mid-sized consulting firm providing water, wastewater, civil, transportation, and structural engineering services throughout the West including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and California.
