Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to assist with a variety of business functions and project activities.
Work with team leaders to monitor, control, and manage business operations in support of departmental needs and goals.
Required Experience:
Experience: 3 years’ health industry or related experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
Your day may look like:
Perform administrative tasks, which may include intake/triage, inventory management, finance, and/or reporting.
Assist with project management.
Support internal and external stakeholder relations.
Liaisons and coordinates with other departments as required.
Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
May assist in coordinating allocation of human resources and/or onboarding of new employees.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
