Overview: The Sr Sourcing Manager provides leadership for strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, supplier negotiations, cost/spend management, and supplier on/off boarding.
What You Can Expect: Coordinates with executive leadership and category management on yearly savings workplans and helps prioritize sourcing activities within a team of sourcing professionals.
Identifies, evaluates, and stratifies potential suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and sustainable supply lines.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring their compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
Continuously researches and analyzes market trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions and strategies.
Leads a team of sourcing managers to drive supplier strategy toward aggressive cost improvement and performance targets.
Manages and trains a sourcing team on multiple high complexity sourcing strategies.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Experience: 5 years' experience At St.
