*Key Responsibilities:* * Create project plans, including drawings, scope of work, budgets, and timelines for project submissions.
* Identify and engage with potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and obtain project investment quotes.
* Obtain quotes for budgetary requirements and cost estimation.
* Oversee and execute project management, ensuring projects are completed successfully.
* Monitor project costs and maintain adherence to established budgets.
* Facilitate project review meetings, including scheduling, documenting meeting notes, and reporting outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
* Implement best practices for efficient project execution.
* Collaborate across functional teams to ensure projects align with the needs of various stakeholders, including Quality, Food Safety, Planning, Operations, and Maintenance.
* Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests as necessary to validate equipment purchases.
* Lead and contribute to the development of the annual capital budget.
* Be prepared for potential travel and extended or off-hour work based on project demands.

*Qualifications:* * Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
* Possess at least 5 years of experience as a project manager working on capital expenditure projects, preferably in the Food Industry.
* Knowledge of Dairy processes is preferred.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience working in USDA or FDA regulated plants, supporting manufacturing and utilities.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
00 - $160,000.
