Yamaha 14x5.5" Brass Snare Drum - $475 (Boise)

This is a fantastic sounding brass shell snare drum, tonally it probably lies inbetween a wood shell and a steel shell, really flexible depending on what head you use and how it's tuned.
This is a Made in Japan Recording Custom drum built in June of 1982.
The shell is in excellent condition with surprisingly few signs of wear for its vintage, looks beautiful, bearing edges are in great shape, dual snare adjustments work great, the Power Hoops sound and feel phenomenal.
It has an Evans Genera Dry head with some medium use (I assume you'll replace with your preference), and a brand new Remo Diplomat snare side head.
The snares are in fantastic condition.
