Excellent customer service skills required.
Job includes checking in members/guests, answering phones, computer experience required, cleaning up and closing club, must be at least 20 years old to apply, friendly and like working with people.
Evening and weekend work required.
The Front Desk Member has overall responsibility for greeting members, guests and promoting the club.
Duties: * Greeting members and guests.
* Responsible for answering multi line phone.
* Have a thorough understanding of overall club systems, operations and enforce procedures and policies.
* Have a thorough understanding of services and membership information.
* Overall duties will be performed with professional and ethical intentions.
*Required Skills* * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
* Ability to lift 20 lbs.
* Ability to walk up and down stairs.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Preferred knowledge of tennis or pickleball.
Job Type: 1 Part Time Position Beginning Salary: $18 to $20 an hour (depends on experience) Free Tennis and Pickleball Membership included with employment.
Experience/Requirements: * Previous customer service experience.
