*About * We are seeking to fill an Assistant Manager opening at our Boise Towne Square Mall location .
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff management and customer service.
A successful candidate will have retail experience, a high level of organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively, strong communication skills and a great attitude.
Responsibilities: * Ability to drive sales by engaging with customers.
* Keen eye for store visuals & visual directive implementation.
* Ensure we deliver the highest level of customer service.
* Manage staff * Ability to utilize social media marketing do drive business & brand awareness.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
