Front End Supervisor/ Customer Service Team Member

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience - Utilize training development skills to continuously improve customer service skills Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively sell products and upsell to customers - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions - Experience in shift management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Previous experience in sales management or store management is preferred - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
