As a Beauty Advisor/Makeup Artist, you'll be an integral part of our innovative team, dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional makeup services to clients, including application and touch-ups
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate makeup products and shades
- Stay up-to-date with current makeup trends and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Cash handling and processing transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stock, replenish and manage makeup inventory as needed
-Regularly post on social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers
-Commission incentive for OFF SITE bridal and special occasion makeup
-OFF SITE pop ups for our new custom fragrance bar
Experience:
* Licensed esthetician preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of retail cosmetic experience.
* Strong knowledge of beauty and makeup products.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Comfortable with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Proficient in using social media platforms for promotional activities.
* Knowledge of phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering client inquiries
