* Get to know your customer, be the inventory expert and highlight items best suited for customer needs.
* Own the selling floor, ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, and manage schedules and payroll accordingly.
* Observe associate performance and assist if necessary to make a sale.
* Lead social media engagement to drive sales and provide customers with the most up-to-date inventory information.
* Ensure associates capture and create profiles during each transaction to drive customer loyalty.

Finally, let’s get into the nitty gritty: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience.
* Have 1 or more years of experience in retail.
* Communicate effectively and confidently.
* Process information and operate store systems accurately * Manage processing and replenishing and keeping the store looking great.
* Available when our customers shop, including: nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluent in social media platforms and understanding of active engagement.
* Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
* Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
