Assistant Sales Manager - Nutrishop Treasure Valley
Nutrishop Treasure Valley is growing and we are looking for a passionate, Fitness and Health minded Assistant Sales Manager candidate to join our professional team.
Joining and leading this team of Health and Fitness Professionals is very hard work and many hours but your reward is to truly build relationships and change peoples lives.
This position requires retail hours for scheduling.
Passion and experience in the fitness industry is extremely important.
We are looking for High Energy individuals capable of working and maintaining that energy for 40-50 hours a week
Applicants MUST have a passion or history living a health and fitness lifestyle or working in the fitness industry.
Applicants must enjoy working with people both one on one and in small groups while maintaining high energy and confidence.
Applicants must have discipline and exceptional pride in the work they do for our customers and a relentless pursuit of success in all aspects of customer engagement, steps of service, and operations.
This Person will be in charge of multiple customer's macros and nutrition plans, sales, and ensuring our customers have the info, accountability, and motivation to get them to their individual goals.
Compensation: $14-$18 per hour plus commission.
We are seeking candidates with the following experience
1+ years experience in direct client sales in store
1+ years in customer service or service industry
1+ years in Business Management
1+ years fitness / nutrition experience

-Personal training experience and a knowledge in macro-nutrition programming or a certification and experience in nutrition is highly valued.
-Candidates must have a passion for health, fitness and nutrition and must live it out to a healthy degree.
-Candidates will be required to use Microsoft word, excel , pages and various forms of social media daily.
